KABLOSON Core

KABLOSON Core is an industrial testing solution developed to accelerate and standardize post-production quality control processes. It ensures production quality by performing high-reliability tests for continuity, short circuits, and miswiring in cable harnesses. Thanks to its ability to integrate with labeling devices, it automatically prints labels following successful tests, thereby increasing traceability and operational efficiency.

Post-production quality control tests for various electrical components, particularly cable harnesses, can be performed quickly, reliably, and in a user-friendly manner via this platform.

224 Test Points: Features 224 independent test points allowing for 1/0 verification per channel. It provides fast and reliable testing for continuity, short circuits, and miswiring across 112 independent lines in cable assemblies.

Multiple Power Outputs: Offers continuous 5V, 12V, and 24V supply outputs along with software-controlled switched 5V, 12V, and 24V outputs. With 2A support per channel, it easily manages pneumatic systems, relays, and automation processes.

Industrial Sensor Inputs: Supports direct connection of 6–30V sensor outputs without the need for additional modules. Its architecture is fully compatible with 12V and 24V industrial sensors, ensuring rapid integration.

User-Friendly Interface: Its intuitive and streamlined interface ensures a short learning curve, easy commissioning, and efficient operation with minimal training requirements.

Software Support: Provides continuous, reliable, and sustainable technical support through a customizable software infrastructure tailored to specific needs.

Installation

The KABLOSON testing device is secured using integrated mounting edges that allow for easy installation into a control panel. Sensors and cable holders are connected to the test pins on the device, and the power supply is mounted to the panel to complete the electrical connections. Finally, the KABLOSON device is connected to the computer via a USB cable to finalize the hardware setup.

Configuration

The process begins by launching the control software on your computer and establishing a connection with the KABLOSON Core device. Next, click the "Create Test" tab to access the design interface where you can build advanced test scenarios. After defining all project-specific electrical test criteria and workflows in this panel, click the "Save" button to store the configuration in the system. Operation

The operation starts by clicking the "Perform Test" tab in the software to enter the operation panel. Use the "Select Test" button on this screen to choose the relevant test file from the library, and then press the "Start Test" button to perform the measurement procedures.
